PhD/MS Student Recruitment for Spring/Fall 2025
The Fluid Innovation Lab is seeking motivated PhD and MS students to join our research team in Spring or Fall 2025. We offer exciting opportunities to work on cutting-edge fluid mechanics research with applications in biomedical and aerospace engineering.
Available Positions
- PhD Students: Full financial support (stipend, tuition, and benefits) is available for qualified candidates.
- MS Students: Research assistantships with competitive stipends are available.
- Undergraduate/Graduate Research Assistants: Part-time positions for students interested in gaining research experience.
Research Areas
Our lab focuses on advanced fluid dynamics research with applications in:
- Biomedical engineering (cardiovascular devices, medical implants)
- Aerospace engineering (propulsion systems, aerodynamic design)
- Experimental fluid mechanics (advanced measurement techniques)
- Computational fluid dynamics (simulation and optimization)
Qualifications
Candidates in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or closely related fields are encouraged to apply. Experience in experimental or computational fluid mechanics, coding, and problem-solving skills are desired but not essential as training will be provided.
